Their network has been down for over 3 hours now and the last chat with their support told me that they have no estimate to when they will be back up. We have around 30 sites hosted their and an extended downtime means less profit since these sites are e-commerce sites.

My blog was down for a couple of days due to an issue with a plugin that I put last week, i removed the said plugin just now (I wasn’t able to check my site for 2 days) and my blog is now running smoothly.
